Important Safety Notice: TempoEmails provides temporary, unauthenticated inboxes. Never use a disposable email address for banking, financial accounts, primary account recovery, medical records, or confidential correspondence.

1. Nature of the Disposable Email Service

TempoEmails is an ephemeral, receive-only email utility. The service is fundamentally designed to provide short-lived, transient mailboxes that automatically expire and purge incoming messages. You understand and accept that:

  • Inboxes are Public & Unauthenticated: Mailboxes on TempoEmails are generated without individual password protection. Anyone with knowledge of the exact address identifier could theoretically access incoming messages while that address is active.
  • No Account Recovery: If you lose access to a temporary inbox or if it expires, there is no technical mechanism, password reset, or customer support procedure capable of recovering your previous messages.
  • Receive-Only Operation: TempoEmails does not allow outbound emailing or replying. You cannot send messages from generated addresses.

2. No Guarantee of Message Delivery or Permanence

While TempoEmails utilizes resilient routing infrastructure, we do not and cannot guarantee that any specific email will be received, parsed, or displayed. Email delivery over the internet is dependent on numerous variables outside our control:

  • Third-Party Sender Restrictions: Some external websites and online platforms actively detect and block disposable email domains, refusing to send verification emails to temporary addresses.
  • Upstream Network & Spam Filters: Senders' mail servers may throttle, delay, reject, or drop messages prior to reaching our routing gateways.
  • Domain Lifecycle Changes: Domain names associated with TempoEmails may be rotated, replaced, or decommissioned at any time without advance warning.
  • Automatic Message Purging: All received emails are automatically deleted after their short lifespan expires. We make no warranty that messages will persist for any guaranteed minimum timeframe.

3. Not for Sensitive or Critical Communications

TempoEmails is strictly intended for low-risk, transient use cases (such as receiving one-time confirmation links, testing application signups, or browsing content without spam exposure). You expressly agree NOT to use TempoEmails for:

  • Banking, credit union, or financial service accounts.
  • Cryptocurrency exchange registrations, wallet recoveries, or two-factor seed verifications.
  • Government portals, tax documentation, legal filings, or official notices.
  • Primary email addresses for primary social media, work, or long-term digital subscriptions.

TempoEmails disclaims all liability for any locked accounts, lost funds, compromised credentials, or missed communications resulting from the misuse of temporary addresses for critical services.

Emails displayed in TempoEmails are sent by external third parties. We do not preview, censor, endorse, or verify the safety of content contained within incoming emails:

  • Malicious Links & Attachments: Incoming messages may contain phishing links, malicious attachments, or misleading promotional claims. Clicking on links or opening attachments within received emails is done entirely at your own risk.
  • External Websites: Links found within emails or on our site may lead to external third-party websites not operated by TempoEmails. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

5. Third-Party Advertising & Endorsements

TempoEmails displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense. The display of any advertisement on TempoEmails does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by TempoEmails of any advertised product, service, company, or claim.

We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between you and any third-party advertiser.

6. External APIs and Infrastructure Reliance

Our service integrates with upstream mail transfer agents (MTAs), DNS providers, and third-party APIs. While we implement high redundancy, temporary service interruptions, network congestion, or upstream provider outages may occasionally occur. TempoEmails shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from infrastructure downtime or connectivity errors.
